Information Technology (I.T.) Coordinator
Just For Laughs, a creative and artistic production company in the field of comedy, is looking to fill the position of I.T. Coordinator. The ideal candidate will report to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for coordinating infrastructure management with the service company to which JPR has outsourced the infrastructure and user support operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Be familiar with the contractual agreement with the Just For Laughs group's IT infrastructure support services firm;
- Coordinate service requests and ensure the regularity of this service;
- Implement KPI's to measure the performance of the outsourcer;
- Prepare and participate in updates with the management of the service delivery firm and JPR's CFO;
- Coordinate service coverage activities during the Toronto and Montreal festivals;
- Participate in the negotiation of service levels (SLA);
- All other related tasks.
Skills required :
- Minimum of a technical degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years experience in infrastructure management;
- Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time;
- Customer service oriented.
