Sherrod Small

Sherrod Small is one of the top comedians coming out of New York City today.  He is best known for his many celebrity guest off-the-cuff commentaries.  Sherrod can currently be heard as a regular on Opie Radio on SiriusXM and as co-host of his popular Race Wars weekly podcast.  Last year Sherrod co-starred as the host of Black & White on A&E.  He also hosted United States of Hip Hop, and served as co-host of The Full Hoon.  He regularly appears as a guest on Red Eye on FoxNews and was a regular correspondent on Good Afternoon America on ABC.  He also plays Malcolm on Tyler Perry’s Are We There Yet?.

Born and raised by his mother and two sisters in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York, Sherrod Small appears at clubs, colleges and corporate events across the nation. 

Sherrod has appeared on numerous popular shows on VH-1, including “Best Week Ever”.  Sherrod recently appeared on G4’s “The International Sexy Ladies Show”, and previously starred in AMC’s “FilmFakers”.  He regularly appeared as a guest on NBC’s Today Show and Fox’s The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet.  He has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Premium Blend and Showtime at the Apollo, and has written for and performed on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn.  Sherrod also appeared in Jerry Seinfeld’s film “Comedian”.  In the past he has performed on the Emmy Award winning Chris Rock Show on HBO and has appeared on Late Night with Conan O'BrienHard Copy20/20, Comedians Under Cover, as well as on numerous radio shows. His comedy has been quoted in The New York Times among other publications.

Sherrod also often hosts or performs at various charitable functions, fashion shows, corporate events and colleges.
