David Baddiel

In 1992, David Baddiel performed to 12,500 people with Rob Newman at the Wembley arena, in the UK’s first ever arena comedy show and was credited as turning comedy into “The New Rock’n’Roll”.

An accomplished comedian, author, screenwriter and television presenter, David returned to stand up comedy in 2013 with his critically acclaimed show, Fame: Not The Musical.

David recently premiered his newest show, My Family: Not the Sitcom, at London’s Menier Chocolate Factory. Opening to a wealth of glowing reviews, the show has been described as launching Baddiel, “into the Louis CK league of no-holds-barred comedy” (The Metro). The New York reviewed the show as "bracing and funny…Mr Baddiel has tapped on the door of the universal.” 

David is also an award winning children’s author and accomplished author in general. He has also created and hosted several radio shows on BBC Radio 4.
