ABOUT THE DIRECTOR (MIKE MILDON): Mike Mildon is an award-winning filmmaker and comedian based in Toronto. He made his TV debut in 2021 with For Heaven’s Sake, a true-crime comedy series produced by Funny or Die. He executive produced, wrote, and exploited his entire family for the show, which aired on Paramount+ and CBC and was nominated for three Canadian Screen Awards, including Best Series and Best Writing (Factual). In addition to his work on For Heaven's Sake, Mike directed Season 1 of Ghosting for CBC in 2024. Before TV, his claim to fame was his comedy sketch troupe, Trophy Husbands, creating over 40 comedy shorts that racked up millions of views online. He now brings that same genre-bending style and humour to both scripted and commercial work. @mikemildon
