Following a triumphant debut as Master of Offense and receiving critical success, Mike Ward, the Celine Dion of dick jokes, will return to host The Nasty Show for a second time. Ward is an award winning French comedy mega-star whose last tour grossed over 5 million dollars in Quebec alone. He has appeared on JFL XXX, which aired on HBO Canada and his performance last summer was recorded for Showtime USA’s special The Nasty Show set to air in 2016. Joining Ward on stage will be none other than special guest Bobby Slayton a.k.a. the Pitbull of Comedy. Completing the Nasty Show cast will be Brad Williams, who achieved four standing-ovation performances at the Neil Patrick Harris Gala in 2015, and star of The Carmichael Show, Tiffany Haddish, along with with many more names still to be announced! The Nasty Show will take place exclusively at Metropolis with 13 performances from July 20-30, 2016.

He’s our special guest: If anyone knows what the Nasty Show is all about, it’s the legendary Bobby Slayton. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome him back this summer as our guest of honor and nasty specialist.

He’s tough: Bobby Slayton is often referred to as “The Pitbull of Comedy"

He’s a comedy veteran: Bobby has been performing his own intense style of stand-up comedy for over 20 years

He’s also an actor: Bobby has appeared in such films as “Get Shorty,” “Ed Wood,” “Bandits” and most recently “Dreamgirls.”

He’s got a unique voice: Slayton’s distinctive gravelly voice has often been heard on animated shows like “Dr. Katz’” and “Family Guy,” as well as many popular radio shows across the country including Howard Stern, Kevin & Bean, and Tom Leykis.

Brad Williams

He forayed a disability into a successful comedy career: Born with dwarfism, Brad’s ability to make humorous observations on disability, relationships, sex, and race win over audiences and proving that anyone can overcome their shortcomings. Brad’s new hour special, “Fun Size” aired on Showtime in May.

He’s a network favourite: Brad has appeared on numerous TV shows including Mind of Mencia, Live at Gotham, the Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Pitboss.

He’s been lauded by the best in the biz: Brad’s was once called “Prozac with a head” by Robin Williams, who praised his high energy show. 

Tiffany Haddish

She’s on TV: In 2015, Tiffany was cast as Nekeisha in the new NBC comed“ The Carmichael Show”. 

She gives back: Tiffany performs at comedy show “Chuckles Not Knuckles”, a program she developed for inner-city high school students that promotes non-violence.

She got started young: Tiffany got her first taste of comedy when her social worker enrolled her into the world famous Laugh Factory Comedy Camp for Children when she was in foster care. 

She’s cray: Tiffany sees herself as sexy as Halle Berry, as funny as Jim Carrey, raw like Richard Pryor with the comedic timing of Lucille Ball, smooth like Eddie Murphy, Jewish as Whoopie Goodberg and hopes to someday have money like Oprah.
