We are looking for someone to fill the position of Social Media Specialist. This is a full-time position from now until August, in hybrid mode with the possibility of permanence.

Position Objective
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications the Social Media Specialist (Juste pour rire) is responsible for the creation and scheduling of all posts across Juste pour rire (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
Main Duties
- Working with the communications and marketing teams, devise and deliver a content calendar of engaging posts across all Juste pour rire channels.
- Maintaining and developing social media content calendar
- Establish a cadence of posts that incorporates both promotional and organic content.
- Work closely with the other Social Media Specialist, to synergize and align on content that can be adapted to work across both brands.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and ensure that all content is on brand and approved as needed.
- Liaise with the PR team on influencer campaigns as needed, identifying possible influencers to collaborate with, tracking coverage and compiling wrap reports.
- Act as Community Manager for all interactions on Juste pour rire social media accounts.
- Creating social posts
- Responding to comments, escalating as needed internally.
- Create weekly and monthly social media reports and post-campaign reports as needed analyzing engagement, sentiment and follower growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a relevant discipline combined with experience in a similar position;
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of using a social media tool like Hootsuite/Sprout highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of graphics software an asset.
- Bilingualism required.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and experience of having used a social media monitoring or scheduling tool.
- Knowledge of the entertainment and artistic community an advantage
