Digital Advertising Specialist

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, your role is to design, recommend and execute all digital actions to effectively reach the consumer through all digital opportunities at your disposal. With your understanding of the consumer and data, your knowledge of the digital advertising market and your mastery of tracking tools, you are mandated to meet and exceed your clients' digital advertising objectives.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the best digital strategies;
  • Develop the editorial calendar and community management;
  • Optimize content on our various platforms;
  • Analyze campaign results and adjust advertising strategies;
  • Recommendations through analysis of client data (DCM, Facebook, Google Analytic, ...) and external tools (Comscore, Cefrio, ...)
  • Manage placement budgets and keep campaigns within budget;
  • Continuously research and test the latest placement and digital marketing practices;
  • Produce performance reports;
  • Manage social media accounts on various platforms (YouTube, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Writing YouTube metadata (titles, descriptions, tags)
  • Brainstorming, describing and scripting digital video concepts
  • Participate in the production of digital videos
  • Prepare written presentations and proposals

Minimum qualifications

  • College or university degree in digital marketing or equivalent;
  • Between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in team management and project management;
  • Be an expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads;
  • Bilingual : Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
