Montreal, June 15, 2011 - The Just For Laughs Festival presented by Videotron in association with Loto-Québec  is ready to make the Fest a permanent part of your life with the launch of its first Android and iPhone Apps. Now you can access everything you want and NEED during the Festival from EVERYWHERE YOU GO.
 
So what does this mean for you? It means you can actually CHECK-IN to specific shows and see where your friends have checked in. It's all about your experience. The Apps were developed by the creative wizards at Favequest and include the following features:
  • Have the full schedule updated in “real-time” so you’re never out of the loop and missing great shows. 
  • Make your very own personalized calendar and share it so there’s no jealousy, animosity and general weirdness between friends. Search for shows by date, name, artist, venue and even by which shows your friends are attending!
  • Read full show descriptions and artist bios of everyone who’s attending the July 5-31 Festival.
  • Watch LOADS of videos so you continue laughing on the bus ride home after and at work the next day.
  • Check the map of the Festival locations so you don’t get lost.
  • Buy tickets online directly from the App. 
  • Read our Twitter feed and the soon-to-be award-winning Just For Laughs blog.
  • Best Feature of All: The App is free so you have more money to buy tickets!!
