Gabrielle Dennis is a multi-hyphenate best known for her work in television as an actress. Her most recent roles are as "Dr. Tilda Johnson" AKA Nightshade in season 2 of Marvel's Luke Cage (Netflix) and as the iconic Whitney Houston in the BET miniseries The Bobby Brown Story. Some of Gabrielle's other TV credits include a leading role on Fox's Rosewood and recurring roles on HBO's Insecure and CBS's Swat. In addition to acting, her background includes stand-up comedy, dance, and singing/song writing. Gabrielle's singing can be heard on several songs from the Rosewood series and its award winning soundtrack as well as on a song she wrote called "Family First" for the series finale of Luke Cage and its accompanying soundtrack.
