Greg Behrendt
Comedian and New York Times best selling author Greg Behrendt has some experience in the comedic advice-giving world as the co-author of two best-selling books, He’s Just Not That Into You and It’s Called A Breakup Because It’s Broken and as the host of the syndicated talkshow, The Greg Behrendt Show. His comedy and writing takes on life in a no holds barred and humorous way garnering praise from the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and The Chicago Sun Times. His comedy resume features HBO’s Mantastic and last years Uncool, seen exclusively on Comedy Central, as well as many appearances on late night shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. The former consultant for Sex and the City and his wife Amiira are in the midst of writing a third book titled, It’s Just A Bleeping Date while Greg’s first book, He’s Just Not That Into You is currently being made into a feature film set to be released fall 2008.
Hal Cruttenden
Hal Cruttenden has just released his first comedy CD "Angry...But Not Sure Why". We are also not sure why Hal is so angry. He's having a very busy year. He is returning for his second Just for Laughs appearance this summer after receiving rave reviews the first time. This will be followed by performances at the Edinburgh Fringe before he returns to Canada to be part of the National Just for Laughs tour. So basically Canada really, really likes him. Judging by his 2002 Perrier nomination Hal is also popular back home in the U.K.. So why so angry? Maybe it's his anger that makes him funny! Critics have said that "he has an hour of comedy that can't fail to delight". Don't tell Hal, it might make him happy and that could ruin everything.
